About us
MALHAD-ER is an interior finishing company based in Skopje. We specialise in the stage of a build that everyone sees every day: the walls and ceilings.
We work with private owners, investors and construction companies on apartments, houses, offices, hotels and restaurants. Our core is machine plastering with MP75 equipment, followed by skimming, drywall systems and painting — so one team can take a space from rough walls to ready for furniture.
We believe good finishing is invisible: no waves under side light, no cracks in the corners, no stains on the floor. That is why we invest in professional machines, proven materials and people who care about details.
Who we work for
- Apartment and house owners
- Investors and developers
- Construction companies (subcontracting)
- Offices, shops and showrooms
- Hotels, restaurants and cafés
